Lovely Receptionist and location good

The receptionist who attended to us was polite and had a lovely smile. Her English was also very good. Storing our luggage and checking in went smoothly, and checking out was simple. Both of us felt the hotel room was a bit small and there was a crack on the bathtub, but the location was convenient, being close to the coast and shopping mall. Overall, it was quite good!"
