The staff were very friendly and helpful in storing our luggage prior to check in. Loved the location close to Nagano station (across the street). Room was clean & corner rooms are a good size. Complimentary tea and coffee, along with hand lotions, facial cleansers, etc was especially nice. Would stay here again on my next visit to Nagano.

Spacious room and hotel is located directly across from Nagano train station. Numerous restaurants in the area and midori store at the train station has numerous prepared meal choices.

Very close to the train station and was a good stopover on the way to the Nozawaonsen. Staff checked us in very quickly and were helpful and kind. The room was a good size.

This hotel is directly across from the train station, which is like a mall, full of shopping and eateries. The hotel is functional, nothing fancy but the staff was nice. You can get your own water from a cooler near the elevators. You can choose if they make your room up, they will leave towels and amenities if requested. The tea bags and coffee are at registration. The internet is not as strong as could be. You sign up using room internet number but I could not see mine so used the neighbors, maybe that is why it was not always stable. Overall a good place, near everything, Lawson, eating, malls.

All good except the trash wifi speed. Slowest ever in Japan. Not only slow it frequently lost connection. Completely not usable for any sorts of work. Youtube? forget it.

The room whilst small was clean and modern. With the sustainability measures, we didn't get our room cleaned which was ok. The hotel was in a great location and near the station which was very convenient. Good shopping and restaurants nearby as well. The staff were helpful. The hotel breakfast is excellent with a huge variety of options. Would stay here again

Nagano highly recommend
This hotel is right next to the station and close to some excellent sober restaurants. Staff were very friendly very efficient and very informative. Also, very flexible. The room was terrific.

Great Hotel
Great location and service. Excellent breakfast. So much option! I ended up having a little bit of everything each day I was there. Very clean and tidy. Really enjoyed our stay! Amenities was great too!

The hotel is just across the street from the Nagano train Station and bus stop. This was our first stay at this hotel. Check in was very easy. Friendly, intelligent, respectful staff. The elevators were a little slow and not all go to the ground floor. The room is small. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom floor is about 4 inches higher than the rest of the room. Be careful when stepping out of the bathroom. Everything seems new in this hotel as of November 2023. Check out was painless. In spite of the size of this room, I would definitely stay here sgain.

Starting with the good, the hotel is right across the street from the Nagano Station and the room was very clean. For the not-so-good, the room is very small and a tight fit for two grown adults. The walls are very thin so you can easily hear your neighbors in the next room over. Amenities are less than what I'm used to in Japan. Would i stay here again? Probably not.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located across from the train station. It is also a walkable distance to the Zenko-ji Temple.

The hotel is located in front of Nagano station which make it really convenient for catching the bus or train. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are small but this very common in Japan. The bathroom had no ventilation so when you take a shower you need to leave the door open a bit. Overall an ok hotel specially because of the staff.

This was the first time we were in Nagano and was surprise at how much stuff there was around to look at. Food is very close by as well as the JR station. We were at this hotel for one night and found it overall comfortable.

Location is great, just in front of toyama station where many resto and shops are. First nite was rainy and windy. There was a clicking noise in our room . Seems like the wind is creating a shaking of pipes and we were not able to sleep.
