Our stay was wonderful! The staff were extremely helpful, and the property itself was absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast buffet in the morning was incredible. The only downside was that the onsite restaurant didn’t offer many food options, but overall, this has been the best resort I’ve stayed at so far.

Lovely property that was ideal for a pre-cruise stay for a couple of days before our cruise. Very convenient and not too far away from our port. Enjoyed the pools and on site restaurants. Many restaurants, bars, in- house activities and swimming pools to choose from. Very comfortable and large beds. Great internet access throughout the Hotel complex. Easy to get around with taxi's organised at the foyer. The friendliest and accomodating staff were exceptional. BULA !!!!

Amazing! Stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday and had the most amazing time! This place is beautiful and has so much to offer. All the staff were warm and welcoming and always ensured we were having a great time.100% recommend to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The staff are fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely The not so good: - Food is terrible except for the Italian restaurant - Food is wildly expensive ($85 for a steak wrap) - Gym extremely dirty (I have photos) - Tap broken in our room which could not be repaired for entirety of the stay (I have photos) - Pool and Gym towels ran out multiple days - Cockroach in our room (I have photos)

The hotel was incredible, facilities, pools, the DJ, relaxed/chill vibe. The food and staff. The most amazing breakfast buffet i have ever seen and catered for me so well as a gluten free coeliac. The beach was the only disappointment - dont expect clear blue water out the front of hotel (definitly get out to the islands for this) but u dont need it with the hotel pools, just amazing. Our room was very basic and still around $600 nzd per night but again, the facilities made it worth it.
