Check-in at the counter was fast and efficient, which made for a smooth arrival. However, the first room we were given had several issues: the air conditioning was not working, the washroom was not clean, and the shower was not functioning properly. After raising these concerns, the staff promptly changed our room. The second room was much better; the air conditioning worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and overall it was a more pleasant stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which we appreciated. That said, management should ensure that rooms are properly checked before guests arrive, with all facilities in working order and cleanliness maintained. The towels provided were very old and really need to be replaced with new ones.
In summary, while the staff service was commendable, the hotel would benefit from stronger management oversight to guarantee consistent quality and comfort for guests.
