Kindly note that the premises are not child-proofed, and child locks, gates, and monitors are not provided. A pack-n-play travel crib, accompanied by sheets and mattress protectors, is available for guest use, typically found in the closet. PET POLICY: This property maintains a strict no-pet policy based on owner allergies. EXTENDED STAYS: For extended stays, refuse disposal is facilitated by designated trash receptacles located at the parking area exit. Residents may be requested to assist in repositioning receptacles for collection, or alternatively, personnel will relocate them as required by the specific location. During the summer season, grounds maintenance may be conducted by personnel during standard business hours. In the winter months, snow removal services are provided. Residents may be requested to reposition vehicles as necessary to facilitate snow clearing operations.
