The cottage was spotless, well-appointed, comfortable and fun! We were able to walk everywhere in Mystic and drove 30 minutes or less to RI beaches and beautiful Watch Hill RI as well as historic Stonington Borough.

The house was even nicer than I expected. It really felt like a home rather than a summer rental. It was clean, comfortable and the deck was great for morning coffee! The location made it so easy to walk to restaurants to meet the rest of our family. We felt lucky to have had the chance to stay there!

Wonderful!

We had a nice anniversary weekend, met up with family and friends in the area. The house is in the perfect location, we could walk to restaurants, go running by the river, so pretty and convenient! The house is clean and comfortable, we look forward to staying there again.

We stayed for a long weekend to see the Christmas boat parade. This property is perfectly located and walking distance to everything! The house was in great condition and very clean. It had everything you would possibly need. Our next trip to Mystic will definitely be here.

Quiet Paradise in the Heart of the City

My family booked a long weekend at this fantastic rental, and all of our expectations were blown away. The recently renovated peoperty had all necessary amenities, was great for our young family, and minutes from the heart of Mystic while somehow feeling like a quiet paradise escape when we wanted to take a break from adventuring. I would highly recommend this rental and plan on staying again soon!

House was great. Nice open living space on main floor and 2 good size bedrooms upstairs. Each had its own AC which was great as it was a warmer weekend. Location is only a few blocks from downtown. This was the perfect spot to enjoy mystic from and I would definitely stay here next time we visit!

Family Weekend Trip

We had a wonderful stay at Mystic Memories. We were there for the half marathon and the hosts were very accommodating of our arrival and departure schedule. The house was extremely clean and very well decorated giving it that beachy feel. My kids loved the games that were available and being able to walk into Mystic for ice cream and shopping. Although we chose not cook while we were there, the kitchen seemed to have just about everything you would need. We loved being able to walk to a bakery for coffee and breakfast goodies. We would absolutely return given the location and the comfort of the home. We love Mystic and look forward to visiting again!

Perfect Location!

This super-sweet cottage was located exactly 5 minutes from town! Walking to shops, restaurants, the drawbridge or out for a light stroll along the water was all easy and convenient. Other than the 5 minute drive to the aquarium, we were able to leave the car in the driveway and explore on foot. The cottage also feels very private, and despite the proximity to downtown and other buildings, was quiet and peaceful. We loved the layout of the space, which has been thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen was perfect for breakfasts and everything was clean, comfortable and cozy. Self-check-in was a cinch, and Jim was super responsive and helpful when we thought we may have to shift the dates of our trip. Overall, I can’t imagine a nicer space to enjoy downtown Mystic! Pro tip though - skip buying a slice at “Mystic Pizza” unless you’re a fan of cafeteria pizza! Do yourself a favor and just head down to the Oyster Club instead for a warming bowl of chowder and a local lager 😉
