"Sea Crest Oceanview Resort feels outdated. The bathroom and kitchen trim looked chipped and dirty, and the bathroom light was dim. The rugs in the living area and bedroom had an unpleasant gray, worn appearance. The blanket for the Murphy bed was stained, so I had to ask housekeeping to replace it. ..."

"Staff was excellent, but the hotel was nasty dirty. The hallways had debris and dirt and looked as if they never vacuum. I came out of my room and there were broken hard boiled eggs on the floor and the cleaning staff just kept walking by it."
