Clearly tell this a time share hotel. Parking was not good. people smoking while hanging out in the chairs directly in front of check in. Not enough luggage racks . Our whole floor smelled like weed every day.

RUN AWAY. Let's talk about the room...The carpet was so disgusting just walking on the floor turned our feet black. Many things in the room VERY worn, unclean, or not working. Neighbors tried to open our connecting door multiple times-- could hear every word they said and they were clearly doing hard drugs. I had to bang on the door in the middle of the night to scare them away. "Partial ocean view" was literally a joke-- would have to lean over the balcony and maybe, just maybe, when the wind blew the trash out of the trees, you could get a small hole where plausibly you could guess there was an ocean there. Family was so traumatized we literally packed up and left. We didn't bother telling staff--if they let things get this bad they know it's bad.
