Sandy Feet Retreat is a 4 bedroom home, with an additional sitting area that we use for a loft-style bedroom, that was designed especially for the family in mind. This home will comfortably sleep 14 people. Before purchasing this home, our family stayed in it for years. We fell in love with the location, the Anglers Villa community it is in and the home itself. This home is new to rental market and hasn't been rented in the past.

The home is situated on the corner lot, facing the marsh in a small community on a cobblestone street. The community is directly across the street from a public access with a very short walk to the beach. The area is very quiet and serene. The views of the marsh from the wrap around porch are amazing. A short golf cart ride away is the hotspot of Garden City, Sam's Corner along with the famous Garden City Pier, Our family loves spending the day on the beach and the evenings at the pier and visiting all the shops on Sam's corner.

We hope you will try our house out and fall in love with it like we did and make this your annual beach trip rental.

Master Bedroom - King Bed, large bathroom with shower and 2 vanities and a large closet. The master Bedroom also has a private access to the wrap around porch.
Second Floor:
U/S Bedroom 1: queen bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom 2. This bedroom has a private entrance to the 2nd floor wrap around porch.
U/S Bedroom 2: queen bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom 1.
U/S Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds, bathroom with tub/shower combo.
U/S sitting area (Loft): a queen sized bunk bed with a pull out trundle. This area is open but also includes a armoire for extra clothes storage and two chairs for sitting. It also has a tv with a large assortment of children's movies. This upstairs space also has an entrance to the 2nd floor wrap around porch.

Very nice place

The place was very nice. The location was really good and we enjoyed our stay. It was at the end of the season and the carpet was a little dirty but this didn’t stop us from having a nice stay. We would stay there again.

Great Thanksgiving vacation

Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay here. Very nice home with all the comforts of home. Very clean, quiet and close to everything. The patio doors and screens tended to stick making them a little difficult to open and close but that was not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

This retreat is an oasis for the soul

Election Day 2024

The house is fantastic. Very comfortable and also very well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to everything. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO units and this is one of the best. Looking forward to our return in January 2025.

Holiday Stay

My family enjoyed staying at this wonderful property over Christmas week. Conveniently located, the property was clean and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking/baking and serving meals. There are also plenty of games/cards available for your enjoyment too!The marsh views were gorgeous and it’s just a short walk to the beach. The home owner was very responsive during the booking and arriving process and we had no issues at all during our stay. Thank you for what will become a wonderful Christmas celebration memory for our family.

Great home away from home

Everything was wonderful. Great home. Very well maintained and clean. 2 minute drive to pier for fishing. Several golf courses within a 15 to 20 minute ride or less. Beautiful little neighborhood with a sense of privacy even though you’re very close to everything. Will definitely look to stay here again next year.

Location was perfect, close to beach and quiet neighborhood. Big enough for large family. Loved all the palm trees in yard. Some minor issues we dealt with were patio screen door was off track so couldn’t use, no pizza pan or cutter, grill was broken, carpets had stains on them. Overall had a good time.

Marathon base camp

My family traveled to Myrtle Beach for the MB marathon and half marathon. 9 of us ran! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was nice a block off the beach. Good location. Would recommend. Only suggestion would be to freshen up some of the kitchen supplies like pans and utensils.
