This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with eat-in counter, microwave and dishwasher, tiled and hardwood flooring, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Flat screen TVs (cable) stereo, CD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, five queen and two twin-sized beds, plus a queen sofa bed. A high chair is available for infants or small children. Outdoor features include a 50-by-14-foot swimming pool (shared with unit next door), shower, charcoal grill, and two large oceanfront decks. Rent both sides for a total of 12 bedrooms, 12 baths. This property is a duplex. No telephone. No smoking. No pets. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner. This house has the perfect location! We could easily get to the more populated touristy areas but then came home to our own quiet beach. It was great! Long Bay Estates at Surfside Beach, SC is our favorite family beach location. It’s a quiet neighborhood with semi-private beach access between the town of Surfside Beach and Myrtle Beach State Park. Airport, restaurants, and any vacation worthy activities, attractions and entertainment you may be looking for are within 20 minutes. Doctors Orders, with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and open kitchen, dining, family space,and 2 oceanfront balconies is perfect for any gathering.
