There are eight steps to the landing at the entrance door. Located on Ocean Blvd in the City of Myrtle Beach, SC. This area is ten minutes from center of City of Myrtle Beach convenient to amusements parks, restaurants, shopping, golf courses and all entertainment offered. Living room and master bedroom open onto a large balcony over looking the ocean and a Myrtle Beach City Park that is great for entertaining children. Spend quiet time at the private, unheated pool. LIVING AREA With sliding doors that open to the balcony and a great view of the ocean and surrounding area. Furnished with queen size sectional sleeper sofa, recliner, two swivel chairs and a wall mounted 46" Smart TV with cable. KITCHEN & DINING Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Dining area seats six. BED & BATH This condo comfortably sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleep sofa in the living area. The master suite features a Queen-size bed. It allows balcony access through glass-sliding doors opening to the balcony over-looking the ocean. It has a wall mounted 32" TV with cable and a large mirrored closet. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination with double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. It has 32" TV with cable and large mirrored closet. The third bedroom has a queen-size and a twin size bed. It has a 32" wall mounted TV and large, mirrored closet. The guest bathroom adjoins the third bedroom across the hall from bedroom number two. This was our second visit and we just loved sitting on the porch in the sunshine. It is a million-dollar view from the porch. We had everything that we needed, and everything was very clean. It is in a very nice part of Myrtle beach, and everyone was very nice. Will definitely be back. ##### Janie F. This was a wonderful place for our vacation. We loved the location, the view, and the front porch. The accommodations were just as described. The kitchen was very well stocked. It's a great location and a beautiful property. My favorite part was the porch swing and the serenity. The master bath needs some attention but other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. Check in and out was easy and we just loved staying there and hope to stay there again in the future.God bless you! ##### Mark C. This location was great, it was beachfront and 15 minutes from the field. The property manager was easy to get in touch with. The property was spacious, the kitchen was well stocked. We had a few minor issues but the owner remedied it asap. The parking was tight at times but overall we are very happy with our choice. Myrtle Beach is such a big place and hard to know where to stay but this condo was fantastic for our needs. We hope to be back. Thank you. ##### Elizabeth P. Couldn’t ask for a better location and the view from the large front porch is amazing. We have stayed in a drayton house unit before and it’s the best area to stay in. Barbara was always very quick to respond. We had some issues with the dishwasher while there and it was the weekend so she couldn’t get a repair person out so it was an inconvenience but not a deal breaker. Appreciated that I could bring my shih tzus. The bed in master bath was very comfy! There was not any Live tv that we could really find, it seemed to be more streaming services. ##### Stephanie A. I chose this property because it is pet friendly...and Im glad I did! I usually stay up the road at Island Vista Hotel, so I was familiar with this area. This condo. is located in a great location with a pretty view, quick access to the beach, and great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch when not on the beach. The condo was clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. The building itself is older ( had a slight mildew smell) and the parking lot is on the smaller side. I do recommend this property if you're looking for a pet friendly property near the beach. The queen size bed was a bit small for us though, and for the price, I wish the owner had supplied more toilet paper, some paper towels( there were none), and more trash bags ( there was only one provided.) SO I recommend reading the fine print and taking your own supplies. Even though the pet fees and service fees make this and expensive rental, I would stay here again because it had everything I wanted for the beach trip with our dog. ##### Jenny W.
