This unit was exactly what we needed, and was the perfect location for the volleyball tournament we were in town for, situated right between the beach and the sports complex. The unit was very clean and well-appointed, and was just as described. One suggestion would be some blackout curtains in the master bedroom, as the streetlight across the street was pretty bright (I was grateful we had sleep masks), but otherwise it was very comfortable.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness and attention to details at this charming rental. The kitchen was everything we needed for our visit. A Beautifully comfortable bedroom, making our stay even more enjoyable by getting a good night sleep. The cleanliness of the entire place was refreshing, it's quite apparent that they take pride in ensuring it's well cleaned between each stay. We loved how well appointment this rental was to the beach, shops and dining. We had a great time exploring the area and loved coming back to such a wonderfully relaxing retreat once we had filled our day with fun. Thank you for an amazing stay!

#### Cozy dog friendly beachfront

This property was not the original listing I booked but offered to me because the other was leased long term. The only issue I had was it was not listed as a duplex or connected unit with others.Every now and then I could hear others in the house. I had two dogs and a bird with me so I did not want to inconvenience others if they were to bark or be noisy. The location is amazing! A short 10 min walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance as well. Super close to the board walk and other activities. Longest we drove was 15 mins away. It was perfect for just my husband and I for a little getaway. Overall the experience smooth and effortless. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and in walking distance to almost everything we needed. Plenty of parking, not noisy and we were able to rent a golf cart to get around. The host was very friendly and responsive.

#### 2nd Time

My husband and I stayed at this location last year and loved it so much we came back. The year before we had stayed in the middle unit and this year we decided to book this one. It was beautiful inside with one loveseat and breakfast nook. Two bedrooms, one probably suited for adults and the other for children. The smaller bedroom had a tv and master did not. The small kitchen was nice but we did not use anything other than the fridge and kerig. I do think next year we would prefer the other unit just because the master bedroom was much larger and had more couches in the living area. The location of this properly is prime. Literally 5,10 minute walk to the beach and right next to breakfast spots. 10 min drive to broadway on the beach which we visited almost everyday. 5 minute drive to the boardwalk.
