Impressive Oceanfront Suite, 11/F This stunning one-bedroom suite is located on the 11th floor of the Caribbean Resort. It comes with two queen beds in the bedroom, sleeper sofa and Murphy bed in living room with access to private balcony. The living area is also connected to a full kitchen with granite countertops and all of the basics to prepare delicious meals, all while gazing out at the ocean. From the moment you enter into this suite, you will understand why it is the finest choice for your Myrtle Beach stay. Outside your condo, non-stop fun awaits you at the Caribbean Resort. Spend some quality time playing with your kids in either the indoor or outdoor swimming pools. Enjoy a little time to yourself with a relaxing workout in the state-of-the-art fitness room. Then, after your workout, soothe your weary muscles with a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub. And, best of all, take just a few steps away from your resort, and you will find your toes sinking into the warm sand of the beach. Myrtle Beach, SC is renowned for its golf courses, seafood restaurants and miles and miles of beautiful oceanfront. So pack your bags and bring the family to this delightful beachside resort town where you can all build sandcastles, see an amazing musical production, golf the putt-putt courses or the championship golf courses and dine on fresh, local shrimp and blue crabs. At the Caribbean Resort you can enjoy a water park with the slide which is the perfect attraction for kids. And all of this is in addition to the Atlantic Ocean that is essentially your backyard. Make reservations for our beachfront condo and your family will be treated to Atlantic Ocean views from straight from your suite. Feel the breezes, smell the salty air and get some sun while just relaxing on your private oceanfront balcony. All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls. For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units. Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach. Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you. In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. A couple of positives were that the apartment itself was clean and had nice, direct views of the beach.The email with the instructions to check in is very non-welcoming. It warns you that you should not be trying to check in earlier than the 4 o’clock check in time or you will be charged for the audacity. It also warns you that you should not take any of the towels or any other items in the apartment when you leave as everything is under inventory. I don’t know what kind of guests the management company is used to dealing with but this kind of language in a “welcoming” message is very off-putting to say the least.The building where the apartment is located is old and kind of run down. The elevators are dirty so first impressions are not great. The layout of the apartment is also weird as you enter from the hallway straight into the bedroom which means that the bedrooms are just a door and a window away from the hallway which makes it very noisy during the night when you are trying to sleep. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room which we could not get rid of as well as other weird smells in the bathroom. The apartment is outdated, a few items of decoration try to make it seem cozy but they are not up to the job.Overall, we did not enjoy our stay at this property. ##### Agata C. It sleeps 6, which worked well for our family of 5\. Pools and a lazy river are available if that’s your thing.However, there were several issues. We were denied linen and towel service from the front desk due to booking via VRBO and we were told by through the VRBO inbox to buy our own toilet paper after being given just 1.5 rolls. For a 2,000 stay, we expected more than “starter items.” We eventually found the laundry room unlocked, washed our bath towels, but the washer broke mid-cycle and only half of the dryers worked. The humidity made it nearly impossible to dry towels.The gym was damp and had no cleaning wipes. We received the key on day 2\. The carpet outside the unit stayed soaked, and the hallways/balconies/elevators smelled of weed despite being labeled smoke-free. A bug showed up in our kitchen and was identified as a “palmetto bug,” but it appeared to be a German cockroach to me. It ran under the stove and I found a dead one there as well. Pest control was offered the day before checkout.In the pool, we were told no throwing football or volleyball. However, vaping/weed was tolerated and in plain sight. Overall: Great location, but service and basic amenities were lacking. Consider booking directly with the property or looking for a full-service resort for a smoother experience. ##### Christopher H. We loved the unit. It was perfect for what we needed and the beach view was amazing. Hotel staff was also ver pleasant. Look forward to booking again. Loved the fact we didn’t have to do all the check in with the hotel and we were able to go straight to our suite. The only downfall, I couldn’t stay longer!!
