This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfort and convenience for up to 8 guests. The open-concept living room includes a flat-screen TV, cozy seating, and access to the private balcony. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essentials for meal prep, and the dining area seats 6. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third room offers two twin beds. The sofa in the living room converts into a bed for additional sleeping space.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy access to multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and sports courts. The beach is about a mile away, and Myrtlewood Villas has an on-site golf course. Other amenities include a BBQ area, playground, and picnic spaces. Some services, like golf tee times or boat rentals, may require separate arrangements or additional fees.

Interaction with Guests
Self check-in is easy with a smart lock, and we communicate via phone, email, or messaging platforms for any assistance. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and smoking and pets are not allowed.
