Rooms were great, comfy beds, actual water pressure, staff was ok but very limited with conversation. Only issues I had were no elevators and Iwas on the 4th floor and they stated $100 deposit to be returned at check out and it was not. Had to fighr to get deposit back even though we left our room in perfect condition

Office was hard to find; needs a clear “Office” sign. Check-in was smooth with a $100 deposit, and the front desk lady was very nice. Main issue was cleanliness under the bed. It was not swept. There were socks, mini lotions, dust, trash, and two dead roaches. There was also a long black hair under the zip-up mattress protector. The rest of the room, including the bathroom, was clean. The room upgrades are the best part. Bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Location is great - about a 2-minute walk to the boardwalk, and we barely had to move the car. Wi-Fi/TV setup was confusing; you have to connect through the TV and are limited to Roku live TV. Inside feels like a nice hotel, but the outside gives motel vibes. Biggest issue was the window. It has only a blackout curtain, no sheer or blinds. You either sit in darkness or feel exposed with people able to see straight in. Overall, good experience and great location. I wouldn’t stay again due to the aforementioned cleanliness under the bed and bugs, but it works if you want something affordable and close to the beach.
