Isabella collected us from the airport and we were at the hotel approximately 45 minutes after landing. We were in a triple room and was very spacious. It had a very recently re furbished large bathroom with a walk in shower. The room had a small kitchen including an electric hob and a fridge which was great for cooking our own meals in the evenings. A cot and highchair were both provided in the room which we had requested.
Isabella and her husband were both very helpful and always on site to help. They also gave us a lift back to Mykonos airport when we left.
The best part of the hotels location was the view over the Aegean sea and Delos island from the balcony where we would sit and eat dinner every evening. The pool also overlooked the sea and was not busy. Often we were the only ones at the poolside. The hotel and surrounding area was nice and quiet and there were no loud parties as there can be at other parts of the island. The hotel mainly had families and couples staying there and we found it to be very peaceful.
There are a couple of places to eat nearby as well as a convenience store a few minutes walk away. The nearest supermarket is a kilometre away in Ornos. The walk doesn’t take too long, though as with most of Mykonos, there is a severe lack of pavements and you have to walk in the road, so care is needed. There's a bus which goes to Ornos, then to Mykonos Town every hour and costs 1.8 Euros per person. It stops directly outside Panthea Residence.
