"Overall is acceptable but the most terrible is our room key was left at the desk of the check in counter unattended when we returned to hotel at 11PM.
There was supposed a staff on duty but not there."

"First of all, a rare spacious parking lot. Friendly helpful check-in staff. This used to be a very nice hotel at some time, however the rooms are now very dated. The worst was it was very hot during our stay and the AC really didn't do much to cool the room."

"For the last fourty years we have regularly visited Bassano to go shopping. This was our first time at Villa Solaris, super staff, super clean and a great room. Selection at breakfast was limited but quality was good.
In fourty years, this was definitely the best hotel that we have stayed at, and easy tdo drive in to Bassano. The hotel has private parking, and a small but adequate swimming pool. We will definitely be using this hotel often in the future! Best regards to all - family...

Great for two night stay near Bassano del Grappa. Only downside if that is important, was the town is a 20min walk so a little far after many grappa tastings. Restaurant is excellent but on the pricy side to eat there every night but is recommended once in the stay. Bed mattress one of us found a bit hard the other was okay with it so it depends what you prefer. Choice of pillows was great though. Excellent choice at breakfast especially considering not many guests during our stay but the...

Great overnight stay during a bike tour of the region. Bike store was easilly accessible, secure and well-equipped for any running repairs you might need to undertake. When you travel with a good quality bike this is such an important factor.
Room was spacious, with a double bed and double sofa bed, which meant as two guys travelling together we could share a room and still have plenty of comfort after a long day's riding.

Nice room in the main house this year. Only small gripe about room was absence of coat hangers on backs of door etc which means damp clothes need to be strewn around furniture. Staff remembered us from 2013 and were as efficient/charming as before. Infinity pool which was new in summer 2013 now rightly award-winning. Food at the restaurant remains fair value at lunch but expensive in the evening. That said, their chateaubriand for two would have fed 4 people! We shall definitely be back again in...

The single biggest stand out feature of this hotel is how awesome the staff are - super friendly and very helpful - simply incredibly nice people. The building, location and views are beautiful - the only slight negative is that you will have to hop in the car or take a (pleasant!) 20 minute stroll down the hill to the nearest places to eat in the evening. the rooms are nice and clean, but of a slightly utilitarian (but totally adequate) leaning - but then this is a great value hotel and doesn't...
