"Despite to the reviews I read, I hesitently decided to take a chance and stay here. Surised to find a lovely lobby and delightful checkin. My entire5 night stay was extremely comfortable. The staff amazing and professional. True, the hotel needs some refurbishment but that's mostly surface issues rather than deep problems. They have already started the improvements. In my room, I did not hear a peep from any of the lounges or clubs. Yes, I would certainly stay at the Leela Hotel again. "

"We booked the hotel due to the proximity to the airport and we had an early 6:15am departure. We had booked the hotel at 8pm and arrived at 11pm only to be advised there was no running water in the room due to the water system being cleaned. They new this at the time of booking but still accepted our reservation. We then had to find another hotel nearby."

"The double pod/room was clean, comfortable, quiet and a nice even temperature. The staff were very friendly and polite. It was such a good idea to book this to be able to sleep properly for a good 5 hours between flights. The only improvement would be to have toilets in the pod area, rather than having to go out onto the concourse area, but we knew this before we booked. "
