"It was a nice, comfortable room. I found the check-in process a bit cumbersome, and that's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I was in on business with a packed schedule and so was rarely around during the reception hours of 8am-6pm. Upon self check-in, you're only issued a temporary card for one night till you can make it to reception. Fortunately they were able to issue me a second temporary card so I didn't get locked out on day two."

"Super helpful staff, lovely hotel, very grand and appears to have been restored/kept up to date in the original style which is lovely for an old building. Our room was huge, with a massive bed on a mezzanine floor and separate living space downstairs, with two tv’s! Everything was very clean. The spa was a nice luxury, however I feel some ambient music downstairs could have improved the atmosphere, though it was nice and quiet down there both times we visited. The location was great, within walking distance to all amenities you might need, right near parliament."

"Lovely clean property in central area of the city, 10 min walk to Den Haag Centraal station or closer tram stations. All staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped.
