The lockers in spa were broken, the toilet flush in the spa didn't work and the toilet was full of poo. It was not possible to use the soap and schampo pumps in the shower.

Amazing and accommodating staff. Friendly- clean! Expansive breakfast in idyllic garden restaurant. Room beds incredibly comfortable and lots of soothing amenities. Location is secure and conveniently located. Staff went above and beyond to happily respond to several questions and special requests.
