The room wasn't ready at 3.30 pm. The key didn't work, reception just didn't care. The room was noisy. The breakfast wasn't good for us, fruit was excellent but other choices were poor. The staff ,some good some not so good. Coffee wasn't offered. It gets very busy and the system is slightly chaotic. No one at reception asked if we'd had a good stay. Or said thank you. The best bit was the airport shuttle the driver was great. Very disappointed by the experience.
