"The room were super clean and is a very renovate hotel, perfect for just sleep because you spend all day in the city. Kismat at the front desk was very helpful despite that we arrive at almost 6am to check in."
"This property is top tier! Obviously, there is an expensive price tag that comes with your stay, but the staff is so kind and greeted us with a glass of champagne and a bottle of water. Then later gifted us a bottle of champagne after looking at my ID and saw it was my birthday! Everyone was so kind and thoughtful with their recommendations for restaurants and kept on making sure we were ok the whole time. I even accidentally left a pair of jeans in the room after check out, and the security and front desk staff were so kind to grab them, let me know that they were left and held them until I was able to pick them up. 10/10 experience, would do it again and again and again! "
"Good experience. The location is convenience because it's next to the subway. The staff is really nice and the security is always there so I'm feel safe with my family while staying there. Highly recommend. "
"The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant during check in. The club - Mr Purple was a great time too. I would definitely stay here again!! "
