"First we were put in a room without an AC, so we had to be changed. Then our second room started leaking in the roof and we had to be changed. Then in our 3rd room, my wife and I were given a room with 2 twin size beds instead of a regular one for 2 people. The food during breakfast was always lukewarm, and there were several cockroaches."

"The property is split among multiple buildings, but it is safe, clean, and well-maintained. A healthy breakfast was provided. It was a perfect place to stay for meeting colleagues at the Kigali Convention Center and nearby restaurants and shopping within walking distance. "
