"I didn’t stay in that horrible place there were drug trafficking and prostitution happening in front of me I was terrified they couldn’t find my reservation so I had to stand in the parking lot and wait for 15-20 for the owner to show up and refuse my refund. I will be taking legal actions if I don’t get my refund."

"I chose this hotel as it is close to the children’s hospital and my son was having heart surgery. Upon arrival the desk chair was broken and the microwave was missing buttons. The staff changed out the desk chair when they were notified. When we came back from son’s surgery we found a dead cockroach in the room-when we notified staff they said it’s ok we just had the hotel treated for insects, I tried to explain it’s not ok-my son needs a clean room for healing. Nothing was done to help us nor was any portion of a refund given. I’m very glad we didn’t eat breakfast there and definitely do not recommend. Would not stay again."

"AC is worked great. Hair in the room. Room outdated. I asked for a receipt , said I would get it through email , never got the receipt. Tight parking but empty enough. Felt safe. "

"The house was spotless upon check in, and all the updated amenities made our stay very comfortable. The location on a busy street means a ton of noise. We were happy there was a large, fenced in yard for our dog as the walkability in the area isn’t great for dogs. "
