  • WELCOME TO THE GREAT CITY OF LITTLE ROCK!! HOW CAN WE SERVE YOU TODAY? This professional friendly/staycation 3 bedroom, 2 full bath newly remodeled home, with new flooring, new paint, new cabinets, new porch, etc. This property will be greatly appreciated to whomever resides in it. We will accommodate full unit or single unit guests. Quiet neighborhood environment and This property is close to several restaurants including the local mall, approximately 2 minutes from the University Of Little Rock Campus, 3 minutes from St. Vincent Hospital, approximately 5 minutes to Children’s Hospital, approximately 7 minutes to Baptist Hospital, and approximately 7 minutes to downtown Little Rock. There’s a 150$ cleaning fee and 200 pet fee. Small dogs only

Very clean space! The location was ideal as we were passing through for work so it worked great for us! The owner was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by a couple of days which was nice. We would stay here again!
