"The room was nice and clean. I loved the pillows. With the weather being extremely hot, i liked that the ac was on when i came in. It was nice walking into a cool room."

"Initially, I was uncertain about choosing this accommodation due to pre-existing reviews. However, I am pleased to report that my experience exceeded expectations. The day before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to confirm the availability of my selected room type and spoke with an exceedingly helpful staff member named Chester. On the day of my journey from Missouri, I encountered a mechanical failure with my vehicle, resulting in my niece arriving at the hotel ahead of me. Chester demonstrated exemplary customer service by providing assistance beyond the typical scope of duty. Upon my arrival, I found our room clean and spacious, with meticulous maintenance evident throughout the space. The breakfast service offered a variety of hot, well-prepared items that enhanced our overall experience. Our stay was delightful, and I appreciated the attention to detail provided by the staff."

"We needed a rental due to a family member having surgery in Lt. Rock. We live three hours away. This little apartment is simple and clean. It had the amenities needed during our stay. The pictures of the apartment are a little different from what you see when you walk in. It is plain with minimal decorations or furniture. The couch is comfortable.The living area would have been more comfortable if there had been a couple of living room chairs since there were four of us. There is a bar height table and two stools for dining needs. The queen beds are comfortable. TVs in the bedrooms would be a nice addition for people who enjoy watching movies while lying in bed.The apartment is stocked with nice towels and bed linens. The shower has good pressure. The location of the apartment was great for access to the hospital. It is close to the interstate so there is road noise but this is to be expected. We would rent this place again. It met our needs very well."
"Overall the property was newly remodeled and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beds upstairs, living down. The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk. "

"This place was centrally located and very close to everything I needed. The room had everything I needed as well and was very comfortable. There can be some noise from the road or if there are people above you, but it’s pretty easy to drown out. Would definitely stay again. "
