We enjoyed the hotel, but we stayed 4 days and housekeeping never once came to take out trash, sweep or change the towels, thank goodness I usually take backup, but this is the first time I've actually had to use them, that's just gross. they have a thing on door that says daily light housekeeping, they never once came into our room.

This is the 5th time we've stayed at The Beach House in the last 10 years. We come back because the property and staff are excellent, and their customer service is top-notch. We feel like we're home when we stay here. We drive from New York each time because we fell in love with this place.

Just have to get use to the way things are run today. No contact office etc otherwise just what I expected. Clean and comfortable sleeping quarters. Ocean and pool 😊
