This property is centrally located between downtown and the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were oh so comfortable and breakfast top notch and offered quite a variety for a hotel. We will certainly try and stay here again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were just a few steps away from the elevators, which was very convenient. They served breakfast every morning, which was a big plus since we were traveling with kids who wake up hungry. Overall, we had a great stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the close vicinity to everything that I attended, jungle rapids, the beach, etc. The hotel was nice, the pool, breakfast and staff were great. Only one thing was I did find several strings of hair on a towel and a pillow but nothing major, it’s to be expected even when we wash our on clothes and linen sometimes a string of hair gets in the mix. Overall, great stay! I will stay again.

All staff members did exceptionally well from the front desk receptionist to housekeeping even to Cook did a great job and making me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this day to anyone. Special things to Bri forever we clean up a misunderstanding made on my behalf. I will definitely stay here again.

Checking in we were greeted with a warm welcome and check in was easy. The hotel was clean. Breakfast the 1st morning we must have hit it at a very busy time, we had to wait awhile for eggs and sausage. But food was hit and good.
