"Super spacious room with nice balcony and outdoor seating. Centrally located so easy to walk to the main shops. Not as clean as it could have been, someone had left their charger and rubbish behind the table. Also bit dusty and moldy in the bathroom "

"The listing doesn't clearly explain the hotel is in a building shared by medical specialists, next to the hospital. Perfect for visiting medical staff or patients but for tourists it just felt odd. That being said, the room was big, kitchen good, bed comfortable etc...A few issues to note: lighting very dim, noisy corridor (can hear doors banging & people coming and going) and not a true 1 bedroom as the space is open plan with no door. "

The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. Views to the lake and evening coloured lighting were lovely. There is some noise from the road at the front of this particular Unit, but it quietened in the evening and did not interrupt sleep.
