This modern home has been tastefully decorated with your comfort in mind. Fully furnished with FREE WiFi, private large balcony, backyard and all of the inclusions you could need for a comfortable stay. 500m to the boat ramp and playground and a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and cafes. ✔RIVERFRONT✔Balcony✔Wifi✔Body Wash, Shampoo & Conditioner. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
