Just a few houses in Mallorca show off in such a spectacular way like this mansion, which is an exceptional jewel of design and comfort. The long building resembles an elegant bungalow with the chill-out terrace in the middle to easily celebrate great evenings or to enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends. The well-cared garden hosts the protagonist of the house: the infinity salted pool of 15 x 4 metres and a depth from 1.2 to 1.6 metres. Do you feel like some wellness? Then, why don't you enjoy a glass of wine in the pool's integrated jacuzzi? More than 900 m2 garden offer plenty of space to spread the towel on the lawn, make a picnic or sunbathe on one of the 8 sun loungers. If you love going to the beach, you will reach Playa de Muro and Can Picafort in about 15 minutes drive. After a day in the Mediterranean sea, you will be wishing to be back home, wash the sand off and finish the day with a barbecue under the starry sky. Not only the exteriors, but also the interior will leave you open-mouthed. When you enter, the designer living room with two big sofas is your meeting point in the evening. You can watch the TV with international channels or a DVD for children. During autumn nights, maybe you feel like lighting the fire of the original wood stove and enjoy a cup of tea. Large windows allow the sun beams in the living room with a clear view to the garden and pool. The shades will keep the hot out in the summer. The luminous kitchen is the dream of every chef. It offers an island with the induction top, oven and dining area. You will prepare delicious breakfasts with the coffee maker, toaster and kettle available. In the independent laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The four bedrooms promise the rest you deserve in an harmonic atmosphere of white colours. By the living room, you find one bedroom with a double bed open to the en-suite shower bathroom and large mirror. Notice the access to the little terrace which allows to have a shower feeling the fresh breeze in your skin at the same time. The second bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, wakes up in the morning with wonderful views to the fields. It has a little furnished terrace, perfect for intimate moments with your beloved enjoying a glass of wine before going to sleep. The third room offers an original double bed and a little desk, as well as the fourth bedroom that features the very same equipment. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and come with a closet. In addition, there is another bathroom with an independent shower. The whole house is equipped with ducted air-conditioning and underfloor heating, so you will have the best vacation either in the summer or in the winter. The villa is located in the countryside, but very well communicated since the train station is very near. The train to Palma usually has a 15 -30 minutes frequency. However, a car is necessary to visit the dreamy beaches in the north of Mallorca. Playa de Muro, Capellans, Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia or the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina are just a few options for those who love the sea. Can Picafort becomes a lively town during the summer, with lots of bars, beach bars, restaurants and some beach parties with live music. Muro, on the other hand, is a quiet village although with all services for your stay like, for example, a supermarket and a petrol station. There is exterior parking for 6 cars.
