VALERIA cottage with beautiful sea view

Lovely villa about 400 meters from the beautiful Costa Rei beach. The cottage has been finely restored last year, with great love. The cozy interiors host a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms, living room with kitchen; outside it has a large covered portico with sea view, equipped with table and chairs to eat outside. The garden is fenced on four sides, well-kept with the lawn. Equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor shower, barbecue, private parking space. Located a few steps from the center, services, shopping centers, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy etc. Excellent accommodation for two couples with children, for a family with children etc.

Schöne zeit an der Costa Rei

Das Haus ist in einer prima lage.die Geschirrspülmaschine ist aber nicht vorhanden.ist in der Hausbeschreibung angegeben! Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist perfekt. Umgebung und die Stände wunderbar.Ab 22.Oktober aber alles geschlossen. Dann muss man mit den einkaufen und essen gehen auf Villasimus und Muravera ausweichen.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wie immer ein wunderschöner Urlaub auf der Trauminsel Sardinien. Tolles Haus mit allem, was man braucht... toller Meerblick von der Terrasse. Strand, Lokale, Supermarkt - alles zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Ps. Vielen Dank auch an die freundliche Marta von Home Holidays Immobiliare !
