"Air conditioning was broken and it was 88°F outside, and the hotel front desk promised us a refund. Now Expedia is denying the refund. Room also had a view of the local ‘club’. Use street maps to see what I mean. Avoid!"

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Platzl....located so close to Marienplatz and the Hofbrauhaus. Staff were excellent. Had dinner at the restaurant....excellent meal. We also stayed here in 2005."
