"The room and hotel were great, however next door to the hotel is a construction site that they will be working on for a long time. They start working before 7am and it’s very loud. We are in a room on that side of the hotel and it made sleeping very difficult sleep, the rooms are very hot and having the window open isn’t really an option if you want to get a good sleep. I think if they could maybe provide fans in the rooms on that side that would make things a little better."

"Beautiful building located next to the Palace Grounds. I enjoyed a quiet and peaceful experience at this hotel and enjoyed seeing Munich through a different area of the city. The reception was friendly and helpful and they were easy to check in with. The room itself looked like a nice rustic atmosphere that was minimal and clean. The only problem I experienced was that the mattress was not very comfortable and the linens were a little coarser than hoped. Overall nice staff, property, and experience but I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have back issues like me since the bed in a hotel can be a very important factor in overall stay comfort. Otherwise this is a great option with an amazing location and aesthetic."
