The exhibition Munich is only 20 minutes away. Through a large window facade you enjoy the peace, the harmony and the fantastic view. Your modern domicile is furnished with great attention to detail. The apartment offers you full privacy as it has its own entrance. The hillside property is only 100 meters away from the edge of the forest. The maximum rental period ist 15 days. The large living room with integrated own dining area is provided over the entire south side with a floor-deep window front. With clear weather you have a far view up to the Wendelstein summit. Also Kufstein, Salzburg, the Königssee, Neuschwanstein or Burghausen with the world's longest castle can be explored in a short day tour. The nearby Ebersberger Forst is one of the largest forest areas in Germany. Our guests especially appreciate the proximity to Munich (approx. 30 minutes by car), the largest thermal spa in the world in Erding (approx. 35 minutes) and the exhibition grounds (approx. 20 minutes). In the surrounding area there are numerous first-class golf courses. Horse riding, hiking, cycling and motorcycling are also popular sports in this area. A private car is highly recommended as you will need more time to explore the area by public transport. The nearest bus stop is 800 metres away. The nearest S-train stations are 7 and 5 km away. Much nicer than pictured. Mr Schmitt was a very gracious host. He had ready for us, in Engish, valuable information on train schedules, shopping and suggested sightseeing throughout south east Germany. The vacation house is in Moosach, 15 minutes to the train station, and 25 minutes by train to Munich Central Station. We would highly recommend anyone traveling to the Munich area to stay here. Um es kurz zu machen: Das mache ich beim nächsten mal wieder! Es handelt sich um eine große Wohnung mit lichtdurchfluteten Räumen und viel Luxus an einem kleinen Berg mit Sicht ins Tal. Der Stil der Wohnung entstammt den 90ern und die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Es ist wirklich alles vor Ort, was man braucht. Unten vor der Tür darf man seinen Wagen abstellen. Der Vermieter ist total nett und hilfsbereit. Er hat mir einen Tipp gegeben, auf welchem Weg man am Besten in die Münchner Innenstadt kommt. Da habe ich mein Navi ignoriert und war tatsächlich früher vor Ort. Ich freue mich sehr auf meine nächsten Termine in München und vor Allem auf die Wohnung! Viele Grüße! ##### Michael V. Für Ausflüge nach München und in die Alpen ist die Wohnung mit schönem Blick in die Berge perfekt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Alles was wir benötigten war da, alles functionierte gut in die Küche und die rest des grossen Hauses. Auch aussen war nichts "wackelig"! die Aussicht war phantastisch. Der Kamin brennte sehr gut und gemüdlich. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit Die Gegend ist schön! Wenn es das Corona-elend nicht gegeben hätte, waren wir gern viel langer gebleben.... Die Wohnung ist groß und hell, vom Flur aus zu jedem Zimmer ist eine Stolperkante, alle Fußböden haben unterschiedliche Höhen. Die Küche ist, geschätzt 20 Jahre alt. Es fehlt viiieeelll beim Kücheninventar. Kochen nur eingeschränkt möglich. Viel Deko in der Wohnung, nimmt Platz weg zum Wohnen/Leben. Bad mit Badewanne = toll ! Toilette wackelt bei draufsetzen. Dusche ok. Wohnzimmer groß und hell, klasse. Möbilierung geschmackssache. Balkon gut, südseite. Aufenthalt war ok , aber wird nicht noch mal gebucht. ##### Thomas H. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön ländlich und lädt zu einem Spaziergang direkt ab der Haustür ein. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man sehr schnell in München. München ist sehr gut mit der S Bahn oder mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.
