Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. well located for public transport with supermarket and some restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Good breakfast. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Staff friendly and helpful. Helpful to know that fridge in room is just a minibar fridge but it kept drinks, butter, cheese etc cold enough.

Spacious Rooms, Great Location, and Reliable AC! Our 4-day stay at Novotel Suites München Parkstadt Schwabing in August 2026 was fantastic. Munich was experiencing a major heatwave, so having powerful, reliable AC was a total lifesaver (and a huge step up from our other hotel on this vacation). We booked two rooms for our group, and both were remarkably spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, making it easy to store drinks and quick meals. The neighborhood is very convenient, with a solid selection of restaurants and grocery stores just a short walk away. Everything about our stay was pleasant and seamless. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich!

It is a bit outdated, but not too bad. the room had an unconventional flow and the lighting was a bit annoying and that’s why just 4 starts The room was big and we stayed one night The breakfast was excellent and the staff was amazing The location was great as we had transportation close by and is was a safe and quiet neighborhood

Overall great stay. It’s very close to a tram and bus stop and relatively close to an U bahn station. There is a small shopping centre close by with a couple stores and restaurants. The room was comfortable enough. I do wish there was a/c as it was very warm in our rooms most nights and the lowest setting didn’t cool it off much. There is a main power switch that also turns on the lights above bathroom. So it meant that if you wanted a small reading light at night you also had to have the blaring
