The street noise bothered us a little until we learned how to use the shades, then it was so quiet. The neighborhood was nice, with a Subway, kebab place, gelato, and grocery all within a short walk! Free parking off the street was also a huge plus. Having the laundry area in the basement was helpful, but the machines were frequently full so don't count on being able to wash clothes any time you want. Some beds are a bit awkwardly placed with a big group, f.e. one in the living room. But other than that it is a very nice appartment and with a perfect location.
