Great area, very quiet. Very friendly staff. A cute quality hotel to get a nice German feel. However our shower didn’t drain and flooded every time we turned on the faucet and there was hair in there from the previous guests. The side of the bed nearest the window was not swept of food crumbs, indicating a lousy clean job. And the fan they brought us didn’t work.

Mevrouw aan de receptie was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers waren netjes. Prima om te overnachten met een tussenstop. Beneden een lekker Italiaans restaurant.

Einchecken am Automaten ist eine gute Idee aber schlecht umgesetzt (IMO). Am meisten stört mich, das ich meine persönlichen Daten „auf der Straße“ eingeben musste. Online einchecken hatte ich versucht bin aber mit der Buchungsnummer am Automaten nicht weiter gekommen Die Idee aus den kleinen Doppelzimmern ein Einzelzimmer mit großem Bett zu machen ist für allein Reisende super. Leider ist das Bad (besonders die Dusche) für größere Menschen zu klein.

Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Service 1A, Frühstück lecker, liegt gut zu Verkehrsverbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fenster gute Schalldichtigkeit, Zimmertür zum Flur leider unzureichend schalldicht. Personal freundlich. Frühstück: Qualität gut, Auswahl okay. Leider bereits 1h vor Ende der Frühstückszeit viele Speisen ausgegangen ohne dass diese aufgefüllt wurden. Im Rührei einmal ein langes mitgebratenes Haar gefunden.

受付終了時間後に帰着し、玄関のドアは普通に開き中に入れましたが、部屋のドアのカードキー差込み口の機械が壊れており、中に入れませんでした。 玄関ドアのところにある緊急連絡先に連絡しましたが、今晩中の対応は無理で、明日の朝スタッフが来てからの対応になると言われました。 その為、朝8時まで部屋の外の廊下で寝ることになりました。 ただ、スタッフが来てからの対応は良かったです。

Limpieza, tamaño de habitaciones No me gusto que hubo ratos que pase frio. Radiadores al maximo pero no calentaban por todos los lados. Que pongan un solo nórdico, una sola almohada en una cama de matrimonio aunque estes sola en la habitación.

Empfang bzw. einchecken war sehr rasch und herzlich. Die Zimmer sind einfach gestaltet aber gut. Negativ ist der fehlende Schallschutz im Zimmer. Jedes Gespräch im Nachbarzimmer war zu hören und schlimmer die am Gang. Gefühlt wie wenn jemand im Raum steht und spricht. Beim Frühstück war aufgrund des Andrangs (alle Tische belegt) fast alles leer und wurde nicht oder nur sehr spät aufgefüllt.

Das zu klatschen der Gangtüren ist abends/nachts sehr störend. Schön ist dass man bis 10 Uhr frühstücken kann und das Zimmer erst bis 12 uhr geräumt werden muss
