The hotel staff was not cooperating. I asked to cancel my room, because I didnt stay there, but they charged my credit card. A very nice hotel in a convenient location. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. A short walk from the metro (about 100m or so), which is just a few stops from central Munich. The local area is quiet. There are some nice bars / restaurants nearby, a convenience store and a small supermarket. The Englischer Garten (a huge park) is a short walk away. I stayed during Oktoberfest, so it was quite expensive at this time, but this is normal for Munich. Book early if you visit during this time. I would stay here again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It is old fashioned rather than trendy, but that isn't important. The mattress was very firm. The location was great for walking to many sights. It has an elevator as well as a staircase. The parking is only a ramp and limited.
