Ich habe die ganze Nacht gefroren und habe keine Entschädigung bekommen, obwohl ich dies angefordert habe. Die Frau am Telefon Service war sehr unhöflich und inkompetent. Das einzige was sie gesagt hat war, dass es nicht sein kann, dass die Heizungen am morgen funktioniert haben und sie nichts machen kann. Ich bin hartnäckig geblieben und habe eine Entschädigung angefordert daraufhin kamen unhöfliche Antworten, dass die Heizungen funktionieren würden und die kein Cent zurück zahlen werden. Später wurde mir als einzige Option ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Jedoch haben dort die Heizungen auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Ich meinte ich bin Kundin die müssen etwas unternehmen die Frau am Telefon meinte sehr dreist "nein ihr seid hier Gäste". Wie kann man Gäste sein, wenn man Geld gezahlt hat in einem Hotel?? Sehr dreist und respektlos. Nie wieder!
