Perfect family stay
Great spot for a family visit to Munich. Very comfortable, great amenities and with a tram stop just outside the door. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance, a nice park and playground one block away and parking, laundry, breakfast on site. The kitchens are small but good for breakfast or lunch.

Wonderful property in a great location. Easy to get to via the tram or by car. Extremely helpful staff, Lisa answered all our questions and was able to organise public transport tickets. We decided to extend our stay because we liked it so much. Top notch.

Almost perfect
This is in an attractive property on a busy street, though the soundproofing was pretty good. Excellent climate control and comfortable beds. The room features a full kitchen (even with dishwasher), which I didn't use and limited maid service. Breakfast selections were good and that experience was pleasant. Fitness room was very small and missing several sets of dumbbells unfortunately.

I have stay with Citadine for quite a few times, but this time is very disappointed

I noticed that we failed to meet your expectations in certain aspects of your recent stay with us, and that we could not make your stay more comfortable.It is true that our classic rooms do not have their own coffee machines. However, in the open lobby of our hotel you will find a WMF fully automatic coffee machine. There is a free selection of different coffees and teas available to all our guests available 24/7. Regarding the comments about our reception and housekeeping team, we welcome suggestions such as yours as they indicate the areas where we can further improve.I would like to assure you that these are isolated cases and are not indicative of our usual service standards and that I have personally addressed this issue with both departments and will ensure that the team receives the necessary guidance to perform a much better role moving forward to avoid a recurrence of this incident. Summary: We had a nice stay, nothing to complain about. Room: Clean room, enough space to eat or play games. Kitchen: Everything you need to kook a simple pasta. Transport: We used 'call a bike' to move around, there is a 'bike station' not to far a way. Besides that public transport is also close by. Surroundings: There is a nice park around the corner. There are also some restaurants in a 20 minutes walking distance. Or 10 minutes by bike.

Hotel was farther away from the Zentrum than we thought, but the tram is close by. The area is really clean and safe. The area in midway to the Zentrum is not that nice so we were glad we weren’t there! We had a one bedroom with a kitchen. It was well equipped and very nice. Clean and stocked with tea and coffee. Beds were very firm fyi. Bring hair conditioner as the all in one is not as good for hair! Parking is on site but €21 per night.

For a cheap place to stay this was decent. It wasn't the most lavish of places but for what we paid and I expected, this was perfect. The tram stop was close by so it was easy to get about albeit being outside of the city center. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable plus we had an issue with the shower. After calling down to staff, no one ever came up to fix the shower so we had to fix it ourselves eventually. Other than that the staff were very nice.

We loved staying at this property. There is a tram right outside that made travel super easy. We also enjoyed the free coffee and hot chocolate. The only complaints we have are that the bed was too hard and breakfast was expensive. We would definitely stay here again though if we ever find ourselves back in Munich.
