We were on the fifth floor. The room was large. The small kitchenette was a nice to have, even thought we didn't use it. Room was clean, and the pull-out bed (we were three) was very comfortable. The downside is there is no formal reception area. Entry is managed with key codes for the building and the room. We would have liked to hear their local dining recommendations. We also wanted to check in an hour early, but did not receive a response to our email prior and did not locate a reception desk. The signage for the reception desk is on the first floor on the stairs. On top of that, doors were slamming throughout the night and the noise from rowdy guests made it nearly impossible to sleep. It was incredibly frustrating and humiliating, especially since I needed to use the bathroom. The hotel didn’t have any on-site staff, and everything was operated remotely via phone. Eventually, I was able to get into my room, but I wasn't confident that this situation wouldn’t happen again during my stay.
