Excellent cost performance.

Despite its stunning gorgeous decorations under the HILTON brand, the meals are quite reasonably priced. Maybe the most cost efficient hotel in this area.

Not bad, but wouldn't stay there again !

Pros: The bed was comfortable. The room decor was good.
Cons: 1. Breakfast needs a major overhaul. Improve checkin communication. Improve checkout speed. Improve practical needs inside the room for the traveler.
Location: Close to Mumbai airport. Good location, but parking and entry/exit to the hotel is a nightmare !
I stayed at the Hilton Mumbai Airport for 3 nights and man was I disappointed from check-in all the way to check-out. At checkin I was sold a room upgrade without being clearly told it was a room upgrade. I was told it was a package upgrade that included breakfast, internet and airport drop off. Communication needs improvement. In an effort to make the hotel appealing in Victorian style, the Hilton forgot a few basic needs. There were no wall outlets easily accessible to plugin chargers etc. They were burried deep under the bed side table or under the office desk. No rain shower head in the bathroom. Even the hand shower was dated and didn't work on most settings. The light switches to the toilet (restroom) are located near the main door instead of inside the bathroom which is confusing. The hotel has a bidet inside the toilet which is in your face when you sit on the toilet. It should have been on the side. The breakfast spread needs a major overhaul. Wifi is slow, keeps dropping and poor. I have more feedback, but lack of space to mention it all.

Pleasant stay at the Hilton but no free Wifi

Our stay at the Hilton was great as the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with our early departure. The disappointing thing about the hotel was that there was no free wifi which is a basic amenity for a international travelling guest. The rooms were lovely and food in the restaurant great!

뭄바이 공항과 가까운 호텔

공항 근처의 호텔로 접근성이 좋습니다. 호텔의 규모는 그리 크지 않으나, 잘 관리된 듯한 느낌을 받았고 미팅룸도 잘 준비되어 있어서 비즈니스 용으로도 적당합니다. 인터넷은 wifi등이 유료인것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 가격은 공항 근처라 그리 저렴하진 않았던 것 같습니다.

女性一人で夜10:15に国際空港到着の予定で、夜の移動が不安だったため、空港からのピックアップを事前にメールでお願いしました(別料金で1000ルピー。Domestic Airportからの場合は1250ルピー)。Eメールの対応も早く、当日は空港のArrival Hall(到着ホール)に出るまでに一時間かかったものの、すぐ外で待ってくれていました。 ドライバーが出口前で私の名前を書いたボードを持って待っているのかと思いきや、ヒルトンの制服を着たホテルマンが到着ゲストのリストを片手に私の名前を確認し、ドライバーに引き合わせてくれるという、大変きちんとした対応でした。車に乗ると、小さなミネラルウォーターの用意が。空港内で移動して暑かったので、助かりました。空港からホテルまでは5分もかからなかったように思います。 部屋は広くて清潔感があり、お湯もすぐに出ます。ミネラルウォーター(「水分不足にならないように、どうぞ」とのカード付き)やコーヒー紅茶、ポットもあります。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で、洋食はもちろんインドの料理も充分な種類があり、卵料理やドーサは別に調理してくれて楽しめます。 また、出立時にタクシーをお願いしたところ、事前にドアマンがドライバーに行先を伝え、目的地までの料金を聞いて私にこの金額でよいかどうか確認した上で乗せてくれました。 それなりの滞在費はかかりますが、それに見合ったサービスと安心を提供してくれるホテルです。 ムンバイに夜間に到着する方、また一人の旅行で心配な方におすすめです。

Good quality hotel

Pros: Comfortable room
Location: Good location for the International airport but not near shops, eating places etc. Using a taxi resulted in lengthy time in traffic jams.
Close to international airport but not near shops, restaurants etc. Comfortable room and attractive lobby and bar area. Disappointing experience in hotel restaurant.
