  • The "Windland" apartment building was built in 2024 and offers guests plenty of space in two separate apartments, each with a beautiful view of Lake Goitzsche. The "Windland 2" apartment is located on the upper floor. It measures 89 m² and sleeps up to 8 guests. The “Windland 1” apartment is located on the ground floor. It measures 86 m² and sleeps up to 6 guests. Of course, both apartments can also be booked together as a single holiday home.
    The holiday property offers a quiet and relaxing location right on Lake Goitzsche and is the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities on and around the water. The Lake Goitzsche cycling trail runs right past the property. An EDEKA supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance of your holiday home. Nearby are the cities of Leipzig, Halle (Saale), Dessau, and Lutherstadt Wittenberg, all of which offer countless opportunities for day trips.

Wir waren 7 ältere Personen und im Prinzip sehr zufrieden - einziger Kritikpunkt waren die relativ schmalen Doppelbetten in 2 Schlafzimmern. Lässt sich aber in Anbetracht der Zimmerzuschnitte kaum ändern.Wir bedanken uns - auch für die bestens funktionierende Schlüsselübergabe.

Tolle Unterkunft, gerne wieder! Allerdings nicht für 8 Erwachsene geeignet, da Aufbettung von 2 Personen nur auf dem Sofa möglich wäre und in 2 Zimmern nur ein 1,40m Bett vorhanden ist. Leider war das für 2 Erwachsene (insbesondere für ältere Menschen, wie Urgroßeltern) eine große Herausforderung.Alles andere war top! Ausstattung der Küche etc.! Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, zum Wohlfühlen!Eventuell wären Fliegengitter an je einem Fenster im Raum sinnvoll, sowie kleine Hocker/Falthocker in den Bädern für Kleinkinder zum selbstständigen Waschen.

Die Wohnung liegt herrlich ruhig mit Blick auf den See. Alles ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges kleines Manko ist, das es bisher leider keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder gibt. Abstellmöglochkeit

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Inhaber waren super nett und haben uns toll empfangen. Check in war unkompliziert. Die Größe ist super und der Ausblick auf den See im Frühjahr war traumhaft. Gerne wieder!
