"The property is conveniently located to everything in the Traverse City area. The condo was clean and the check-in and check-out staff were pleasant. My only complaint is the television was not working properly due to a display/tech issue that impacted our ability to watch a highly anticipated sports event. Additionally, the couch was cheaply made and uncomfortable. Our items kept falling through the cracks onto the floor which required moving the couch to access them. The couch was not suitable as a sleeping option for anyone other than a very young child. "

"Excellent customer service, very clean facility, loved the Coffee Bar open 24/7! Very comfortable lobby with the fireplace going and relaxing environment. Pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We have been coming to this facility for many years and will continue to come back! Excellent value! Super friendly staff!"

"Our room was great and looked exactly as pictured. It was nice to have breakfast delivered to our door in the morning. My only complaint is the water could have been hotter for the shower/bath, it was luke warm fully turned up which was slightly disappointing since we rented a spa room with a jetted tub. Otherwise, the stay was amazing. "
