"The Wilder House Berkshires is a lovely inn with helpful, friendly staff and delicious food! My well-appointed room (#1) was spacious, the bedding was luxurious and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a roomy shower. All amenities in the room seemed to be recently re-done. Laura, the inn-keeper, was especially friendly and chatty! Her breakfasts were wonderful with a choice of options. The inn itself was beautiful, and the grounds were lovely - so green and luscious!!! The inn is close to Great Barrington and Lenox, two towns that are well worth visiting! I would love to stay here again! I had a wonderful stay."

"What a beautiful, personal, and comfortable family home! Colin and his family were lovely hosts who were supportive via text message and respective of our autonomy.Our group included four adults and one child, which felt right for the amount of space the house offers (we used two of the bedrooms--beds are comfortable!). We cooked in the kitchen and curled up in cozy armchairs to read at night. The yard and land surrounding the home are the true gems, though: we spent hours lazing around, roaming, and grilling outside, which was exactly how we wanted to spend our vacation together. Our kiddo loved watching the rabbits dart around the yard, and the evening light in the backyard felt especially serene. Really lovely! One thing to note: the home is (wonderfully!) close to three hundred years old, so there are some areas of the house that are a bit more musty and dark (noticeable in contrast to the bright and long July days of our stay, I'm sure). The home is very clean and well-kept, but I can see how some of the old-house characteristics might be less appealing for some folks."

"The views are gorgeous that photos will never justify. The ad is as described and is beautiful on the inside. My only complaint is that the unfortunate 40 cleaning fee for renters does not show well; there was a clump of hair left in the shower and the A/C filter was disgustingly full of dust. I cleaned both. I truly would stay here again though! It's so relaxing and I love how close it is to hiking trails and historical sites. Michael, host, was never heard and doesn't bother you at all lol. I appreciate a host around that isn't on top of you. He answers within the day if you have questions. Thanks Michael for the stay! Beautiful property!"
Luxurious & Modern 3 BR 1.5 Bath Log Cabin

"My husband and I rented the cabin for a week and it was a perfect home-base for our family reunion in Craryville. We also had a guest and her young daughter for a few days and it was very comfortable for the four of us - we much appreciated the building blocks and games! We cooked, had guests for dinner and very much appreciated the filtered water in the fridge door and the sink, strong air conditioning, and quiet evenings. With a little one, it was also great having the new washer & dryer. I loved sitting on the front porch watching it rain one afternoon - so peaceful! Located off of route 22 and walking distance to the Rail Trail, bike rentals and soft-serve ice cream across the road from a swimming hole - it was very convenient. A few nearby shout-outs that made our visit even better - picture from a boat ride on Copake Lake which is only 6-miles away, another picture of the inventory at the Copake General Store (3-miles down route 22) they have amazing produce, fresh bakery items each morning and a great selection of freezer and shelf staples (opens at 9AM, closed on Mondays). Finally, we enjoyed the restored Parker House (circa 1893) in Craryville for dinner with family twice - they were able to accommodate 8 and 10 people respectively. Great service, burgers, wings, scallops, Brussels and salads!"

"We stayed at Sabrina's cottage for a family gathering. The kitchen is very well stocked, which made it easy and enjoyable for us to cook meals together. Comfortable beds and a very quiet street made for excellent sleep. The layout is open and airy, giving the feeling of plenty of space for everyone. Every part of the house was immaculate. We had only one quick question for Sabrina during our stay and she answered it quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience!!"

"We had a wonderful 2-day stay at this charming house! The location is perfect, nestled near the mountains with breathtaking views. The house itself is clean and cozy, with comfortable bedrooms stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The spacious bathrooms (both upstairs and downstairs!) had plenty of towels, a big plus.We loved relaxing by the fireplace, playing games, and even tickling the ivories on the piano - it added to the homey vibe!Kudos to Casey, who quickly fixed our fridge issue - super responsive and friendly!We'd definitely return, especially in summer. Highly recommend this property to others!" "
