You stand in a line as if at a deli counter wait for the breakfast and then seat yourself at an open table. Service was given only to those who were paying for the breakfast (they still had to stand in line to order but then their meal was brought to them) very crazy! My issues are related to our dinning experience and cafe staff. The restaurant was poorly managed. Our food was forgotten and when finally arrived was terrible. We got a room in the back of the building overlooking a garden. We loved sitting out there and relaxing. The room was a nice size and comfortable. The complementary breakfast provided a good selection and was tasty. The lobby is a nice place to have coffee or wine. The chairs are everywhere and make it a nice place to relax. Service was friendly and attentive and Provisions provides excellent sandwiches.
