Kitchen complete with hob, oven, sink, fridge with freezer, table and six chairs, equipped with Neapolitan coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, crockery, cups, cups, glasses etc. Double bedroom, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe, one of which has a flat screen TV and a window overlooking the garden. Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table and wardrobe and a balcony. \-1 full bathroom: toilet, bathtub with shower, bidet and washbasin with cabinet. \- Large private garden with ornamental plants: jasmine, roses and lemon trees. Equipped with table and chairs, great for dining, relaxing and spending pleasant evenings outdoors. \- External laundry with sink and washing machine inside a veranda.
