  • Summary:
    Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Snuggle up by the fireplace and enjoy your company, or go for a short walk to multiple different restaurants close by. Just two blocks from Wasatch Academy, and a short drive to the beautiful mountains. We live upstairs, and are happy to help you with anything you need to make your stay comfortable, but will also give you the privacy you want. Private parking (4 spots) and entrance. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.

This cozy basement apartment was perfect for our stay! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed — the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishes, parking was plentiful, and the space offered plenty of peace and privacy. Loved staying here, the host goes above and BEYOND in making you feel like family. Comfortable bed, everything you need for a comfortable night stay. So happy we found this little piece of heaven in the middle of Utah.

This is the cutest little basement apartment! If we pass through Mt Pleasant again, we’ll definitely stay there. It was clean and comfortable and decorated so well. Shelby even put out a hand-written welcome note with a bowl of snacks (which my 12-yr-old devoured haha)! Instructions to get in were clear and easy. Great place!

We were in the area for the weekend. There are not many other places to stay. This apartment was excellent and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Mt Pleasant area.

Cutest little place

This place was perfect for our overnight stay in Mount Pleasant and would have been great for an extended stay as well. Our kids were so excited to see snacks on the counter as we arrived and kept saying "The house owner is so nice to do this for us!" We will book again if we need a place in Mount Pleasant.

This rental is absolutely amazing! There is not one complaint! I come down to Sevier often to visit my son and this is definitely the place for us! Checking in was extremely easy, the kitchen was fully stocked, the bathroom had all amenities you may need, beds were all comfy, and the owners messaged back in very resonable times. We are extremely happy with our stay and i cant wait to book again in the future! Thank you so much!!

Super spacious, cute, and clean

This was the cutest place we could have found in all of Mount Pleasant. It was spacious, very tastefully decorated, and had all the things we could have needed for the weekend. Shelby was so nice, very responsive, and gave us a fantastic recommendation for things to do. Highly recommend her home if you need a place in the area. (Coffee Depot about a mile south has really good coffee and opens at 7am!!) ;)

The owner was very kind. The space was beautiful and very comfortable. We felt like we were staying in a relative’s basement. Lots of little extras. My favorite part was that when we walked in the fireplace was on and it was warm. A hotel room is always freezing when you walk in - and since this is a basement in a cold climate I was sure I was going to freeze, but it was lovely.

Great Value / Central Location

Shelby is excellent to work with. If you have any special needs, she is great to accommodate. It would be helpful to know in the description about the queen sofa bed. Luckily it wasn't overly warm when we were there, it does get a little stuffy due to being a basement apartment. Best selection of spices and basic needs, i.e. sugar, tin foil, ziplock bags, etc. of any place we have ever stayed. Good access to stores and other areas in Sanpete County. We had a great time. We came in town for my sons bike race and this place was SIGNIFICANTLY nicer than the motels and inns our friends were staying in in Manti. Very clean, well appropriated with everything we could possible need. Very comfortable beds and spacious. The host is so kind. Allowed my son to use her hose to clean his bike and even left him a treat and note of good luck for his race. How kind was that?? Too bad he’s a senior, otherwise we would most definitely book again during the bike race season. Don’t sleep on this unit if you are coming to Ephraim or Manti.

Cute place with a comfy bed and pillows. Well cared for. Loved the fan in the bedroom because we like it cool when we sleep. The only negative is that it was super hard to see the house number and walkway to the entrance in the dark. Bigger numbers that have a light on them and some solar walkway lights would be a SUPER easy fix to this problem. Would also suggest a sign on the entry door to “Watch your step in the stairs”. Very minor things that would make a big difference. Great place overall though.

Spotless and Comfortable!

There were many things to love about this darling basement apartment but if you like a clean, organized, beautifully decorated and comfortable place to stay (and who doesn't?!) this is the place for you! The attention to detail is remarkable - there wasn't a thing we lacked or needed - it was all supplied from little mints in bowls around the apartment to thick towlels and comfortable sheets, pillows and cozy blankets - along with everything you could want in a kitchen - a big screen tv with comfortable seating and I could go on and on.The main advantage was the incredible price for such a nice place! We can't recommend this fun place highly enough. A personal note of welcome along with a little bowl of treats was also included. What a great weekend! Thanks Shelby!
