"The location of the site was close enough (15 minutes) to downtown and amenities by car. Inside the property was clean, and modern but was unfinished and unpolished. We could make do with the cooking supplies (ie crepe pan or a pot for cooking eggs). Curb appeal could also use some cleaning up. Weeds coming up through the front steps and broken patio furniture first greets you. There were no toiletries or hair dryer but communication with the owner was good that he ran it over."

"Most of the furniture and finishings in the listing photos were not there. This is a basement apartment, and not only was there not a single reading lamp anywhere, but half of the ceiling light bulbs were burnt out. There was no coffee maker, kettle, or even a small saucepan to boil water. This was nothing at all like what was advertised."
